My dad (BIG animal eater) has high cholesterol so his dietitian told him to eat more soy and less meat, so instead of reducing his meat intake he just decided to just buy soy milkđ€Šđœââïž So anyway I tried it and itâs.. idk itâs not for me. This is vanilla flavoured so that might be why idk. Itâs not like disgusting, but it is grossđ A lot of people like it tho so donât let my review scare u from trying.

Itâs certified organic and the carton is made from FSC certified sustainable wood. I should also mention that Danone is a certified B corporation which obviously doesnât mean ethical as Danone is like one of the worlds largest dairy producers, but it does mean they do more for the environment and people than is required by law.
âąWhile I understand the concept of less plastic in milk cartons or TetraPaks, the thin plastic layers on the paper make them very difficult to recycle. This makes them less likely to actually be recycled which kinda really sucks. Check ur local recycling guide to see what recycling stream it goes in (paper, plastic, or garbage).

Its a teeny-tiny bit high in the calories but for the nutrients u get I mean itâs totally forgivable. Iâm probably over analyzing I mean the calories arenât that bad lol

If u like the taste of it I mean itâs really good deal. Idk the price but Iâm sure itâs around the same as other plant milks (pretty cheap).

Soy milk itself isnât really original but I guess vanilla flavoured soy milk is đ€·đœââïž
