I didn’t even know what ghee was when I received this with my @ThriveMarket order. Now I use it as a replacement for sautéing in butter. I keep it in the pantry so it’s always pretty soft. Something that I haven’t used it for is baking. It says you can use in baking but I don’t bake much.
