this one was my top favorite. i tried this one first, thinking i wouldn’t like it with the intentions of saving the best ones for last, but it happened to be the best one. i’m not a big fan of ginger in drinks or the strong taste of ginger in food so i thought i would hate it in sweets. but duh!! tastes just like a gingerbread cookie if not better. each bite was heavenlyuehyyyy. tastes like xmas.
it’s warm and fluffy and cinnamon-y and has the smoothest and thick limoncello-cream cheese frosting. it even has chunks of ginger candy inside. #gingerbread
