After smelling it I have immediately felt the coconut oil and thus the sweety taste that I hate in the vegan cheese, but after tasting it, I had to change my mind. Even alone is not "sickening" but in a salad it does its job. I thought it was similar to Feta and somehow could even be, but it also reminded me an Italian cheese called Cacioricotta.
