even the smallest amount is super salty 😖😖 haven’t used it for cooking yet just to dip. it’s a healthier alternative to soy sauce ig. it has a simpler ingredients list and it looks more watery because it doesn’t contain wheat. instead it’s made of purely the #protein from #soybeans. so it gives you the essential amino acids your body can’t produce 🥸 #glutenfree
