Tacovore’s Tofu taco is pictured here at the bottom. It is made with Organic Crispy Surata Tofu, and topped with Onions, Cilantro, Roasted Chiles, Tomatillo Salsa & Cabbage. This was very enjoyable and the tofu was perfectly crisp. If you find yourself in Eugene or Portland, OR, I recommend trying Tacovore. 🌮 🌮 🌮
