This is quite a unique, cool product. I haven’t seen any other vegan steaks yet. This one has hardly any of the chewiness of real steak- thank goodness- and it’s flavor profile isn’t quite the same either. It actually tastes fairly similar to the Field Roast sausages.
I wouldn’t recommend giving this to an omnivore and telling them it’s just like steak, but I do recommend trying this- it’s great to have if you want to throw something on the grill.
