Laksa au Genesis Vegan Restaurant — Avis de Sarvani (10 juil. 2022)

The laksa base was rich, creamy, flavourful and wasn’t oily at all. It was generously topped with mushroom mock meat, fish cake-like strips (resembled carrot cake) and thin cucumber strips. The noodles weren’t traditional laksa noodles though, it was bee hoon/vermicelli noodles which was okay but it would’ve been perfect with laksha noodles. Do recommend it, the broth is a must-try.
