I really like this protein powder! I blend it in a smoothie so I don’t know how it is if you just mix with water. It’s not chalky or hard to drink. I don’t even know it’s there. I can’t really speak to the health benefits. It is supposed to promote sting immunity and some other things. I hope it’s working!
It’s a little pricey. I order from Thrive Market and you can also order through a Four Sigmatic subscription. I haven’t tried that yet but should probably price it out to see what’s the better option.
