I LOVE 🍄 MUSHROOMS! I HATE cleaning them. I can’t ever clean them right. They also get slimy if I don’t cook them right away and end up in compost. I basically quit buying them for that reason.
These come frozen and you can cook per serving or the entire bag. You cook them in a skillet or microwave. I dumped the entire bag in the skillet and had delicious mushrooms within about 5 minutes.
I think these taste great! They are slightly rubbery. I’m not sure if I cooked them too long or if that’s just the way they are. It’s worth it to me because again, I hate cleaning fresh ones. I try really hard to eat fresh but I don’t mind making an exception here.
