I love these spelt-based crackers from Mercadona. They are large, firm and packed with fibre, and I enjoy topping them off with seasonal goodies. Here I've dressed them with figs, veggie feta, fried onion topping, cilantro and balsamic vinaigrette. They are a bit pricey at 1,69€ for 12 crackers, but worth it for a special occasion or an urge to serve something fancy 😜. #sinoesveganonoescomida #refugiotheanimalacademy
