vegan berry muffin au The Vault — Avis de Mary (3 juil. 2022)

It’s probably not fair, but after having The Vault’s fabulous vegan coffee cake, this was a bit pedestrian…

However!!…
1. This is a tried and true staple of theirs; I nearly always find a vegan muffin there.
2. It is not too sweet! Yay!
3. it is dense, made with whole grain and not white flour.
4. Since one of my favourite things is to go out for coffee, I am always looking for a baked item or pastry. So often I would kill for this kind of thing….

You must take my less than raving review with a grain of salt, it is a lovely muffin!
And I LOVE The Vault! Cheers to you for making it through the pandemic!
