The noodles had the right bite, the sauce is a little sweet and spicy, but I added more chilli flakes to the noodles for a kick.

Beyond sausage is like any other, but they used lychee in their dish. Those white pieces beside the cherry tomatoes are lychees! That’s pretty unique in my opinion. Makes the dish sweeter but carried spicy and savoury flavours, very interesting!!
