두부카츠 채소 덮밥 Tofu Katsu Vegetable Rice Bowl au Plantude — Avis de iloveveggies (26 juin 2022)

so happy to find a vegan restaurant in seoul! the staff were lovely and this dish was amazing. haven't had battered food in so long because they tend to have non vegan ingredients and this katsu was crispy, light and the tofu inside was so soft. the rice had a good chewy texture as well. the chilli was a little spicy!
