i used a new one for my experimental journey to find the perfect tofu for scramble and got to say that i didn't like this one for that. it is very firm, has a kinda greyish color and also a funky taste. that's a no. will use different kinds for my scramble journey. won't buy this one again.

I reckon a firm tofu is what you want for a scramble. What are you having it with? I can't remember which veganeasy recipe I have used before but this one looks good: https://www.veganeasy.org/recipes/easy-tofu-veggie-scramble/
