
I discovered the trick to this! So this was my first homemade GF pizza. The dough is so wet you can forget rolling it out and baking it on a pizza screen. The instructions tell you to pre-bake the crust, so I baked it in a pan on parchment paper for 9 min. Then the trick it to remove from oven, transfer it to a pizza screen, put the toppings on, then bake again. This makes the crust crispier and more evenly cooked. I figured out this trick on my 2nd attempt (the white pizza pictured) since the first red pizza the crust barely cooked and it turned out really floppy.
Overall I think I’d try this again and keep experimenting with the baking methods, but buying a pre-made crust is waaaay easier. PS. I used a flax egg and the new Miyokos liquid mozzarella for this.
