Absolutely delicious! Wow. Also really healthy and wholesome. The muffin is gluten free and refined sugar free. Packed with goodies like pear, carrot, banana, seeds, raisins, buckwheat flour, spices like nutmeg and LOTS of ginger. I love wholefoody snacks so this was right up my alley.
