The best tasting biltong since ditching meat almost 5 years ago. The taste is so similar to how I remember with a plus being no animals involved and nothing sticks in your teeth or so hard like the original thing. These are really great to snack on and the chili flavour I had was just slight heat. You also get a plain flavour. The protein is soya and wheat gluten.
