These were ok! I’m not sure if we aren’t choosing the right preparation! As you’ve probably guessed my number one goal is crispy! My husband pan friend these twice and they just were crispy. They have a decent flavor, but definitely not better than just doing it ourselves from fresh potatoes. Although if you’re in a hurry this is probably quicker. Maybe we need to be oven roasting! We willl have to try that and see if that improves the crunch
