I use this product to thicken a sauce or to use on top of my plate instead of cheese. It's tasty and has a very competitive price 300g/7.2€. The only drawback is that it doesn't contain B12. I found it at a local grocery store in Komotini city called "Natural-es". If I won't find anything better at that price I will gladly continue buying it.
