Wild wild mushroom pasta au WellSmoocht — Avis de shawneofthedead (24 mai 2022)

I was actually worried that this would be TOO creamy and rich but it's a nice balance - the cream isn't too thick at all and there are LOADS of mushrooms, which I adore. The angel hair pasta is interesting, and I like the addition of cherry tomatoes to brighten up the flavour profile!
