every time i cook for my mom and dad, my mom wants to serve ham or sausage. so i bought these to keep her quiet. she did not notice the difference and even picked the casing off like she would a traditional sausage. they have a good texture, are mildly spicy (very mild), and brown nicely. these would get five stars if not for the excess packaging. #vegansausage #vegansausage
