Coconut curry noodles au PLANT-ERIAN — Avis de fourdollars (15 mai 2022)

This is basically vegan Khao Soi, I believe. So yummy! It would have been better if the curry was slightly thicker but it was still tasty nonetheless. Love the pickled veggies and sliced red onions mixed with the fried noodles. There are normal cooked noodles in the broth underneath too. Ordered some flaky roti on the side to dip and it was a very satisfying meal!
