This was the first I’ve ever heard of this product. A family member picked it up somewhere and gave it to me. I would have been disappointed had I wasted a few bucks on this bar! I did not enjoy it at all! The texture was icky! I don’t know anything about the company’s background or practices and don’t feel apt to talk nutrition though the packaging claims “clean energy”. Final assessment: Skip it and run for the Gomacro bars!
