Oh My Cheesus. This bowl is sooooo good. Not only is it vegan, it has Cholula crema. Let me say that again in case you didn’t understand the importance of this. CHOLULA CREMA. It’s incredible. In fact it’s so good, I’m not (okay, mostly not) ashamed to admit it’s the only dish I’ve eaten from here. I keep thinking “Lillian, you should try something different.” But then I see this beautiful dish and I can’t say no. It’s true love. Seriously. Sigh. 😍
