8 Course Tasting Menu - Spring au Alice — Avis de tiascaz (8 mai 2022)

We came just in time for the spring menu! And wow did it blow us away. Coming to this restaurant is just such an experience, you really feel like you’re tasting something special. The flavours that Chef Briana Kim puts together are just so ingenious and unique, and always beyond delicious. One of our favourites was the chargrilled barbecue beet and daikon, as well as the tapioca fritters with leek and mushroom in an amazake broth. And of course, the edible candle and mouth watering bread are always a hit. I can only say amazing things about this place, it really is the coolest experience ever.
