Uncle Ben’s is good for an instant lunch when you’re basically living at the Uni library, because you can heat it in the bag so you don’t need to bring your own container. It is also somewhat healthier than instant noodles (in the news there was a student who ended up in hospital after eating nothing but instant noodles 😱). I love their tomato rice but this one was bland, I could barely taste the flavours 😕. I noticed in other people’s posts they have a clearly labelled plant based range now, so I’ll be on the lookout for those 🧐.
