If you have your roots in the South of India, you know how important this concoction of spices and pulses (dal) is.. this powder that can be eaten with absolutely anything esp with sambar rice or curd rice is also called gun powder because it is such a firework of flavours.. this is one of the best podis I have eaten in the longest time.. love this minimalist brand, their values and their stories..
