Such a yummy dinner! The name is a little misleading (should be just “meatless tacos” instead of a “bowl”) but I was pleasantly surprised. The beyond meat & bean tacos had a slightly bbq flavor that wasn’t too overpowering, and I loved the sides of guac, pickled onion, and peppers. The salad itself was also impressive, filled with quinoa, corn, butternut squash, with a light vinaigrette. Overall it was a delicious meal and everyone at the table was jealous!
