Review of Cauliflower 'Steak' at Afterglow By Anglow by dafnelately

Alright alright then.. if @stevenneoh is going to redirect yous from his review to my profile I might as well get off my laurel and review this 😛 Contrary to what his impression of the dish, I actually found it pretty swell! 😋 It’s by no means what I expected when I ordered a cauliflower “steak”, but on its own it’s a pretty good meal. That said I’m a little biased towards any vegetables that come in florets 🥦 They’re the superior texture for food and if you disagree your opinion is wrong 🤷‍♀️ The steak served atop a sweet potato mash and decorated with roasted pumpkin seeds, cherry tomatoes, and sorrel microgreens, glazed with a raw chimichurri sauce 🤤 Sure, it still adds up to what may some consider to be a #toohealthy meal but it was the perfect pick-me-up after all the drinks I had the night before 😉
