its not bad at all cold! so if you’re looking for a ready-to-go lunch you really don’t need to worry about heating this burrito up.
i don’t see a problem with not heating it up. because i’ve had sweet potato, quinoa, and kale cold 🤷♀️
the sauce was good with the fillings. the tortilla is some sort of chili-onion situation, but it’s actually good too. it was chewy and soft after being in a lunch box for a while.
