Seitan does not naturally have a strong taste. However, since it claims to have duck flavour, I was expecting something more from this. Also, I’m not sure why the nutritional values are so different than natural seitan (natural seitan has definitely more protein than this). I will keep buying it, but only because I’m not able to find natural seitan in supermarkets.
