Casa de Luz is an educational center with a restaurant that serves macrobiotic, organic vegan food. One dish is served to everyone each night (meaning you don’t choose off a menu). The food was delicious, wholesome, and satisfying! I felt great afterwards. Loved the dressings on the dark leafy greens and salad. This was just what I needed after a day of traveling.
