todays dinner special was a carrot, zucchini, cabbage, and potato stir fry, a mixed green salad with a lemon juice mint tahini dressing, short brown rice, red kidney beans, steamed collard greens w/ shiitake mushroom red beet sauce, and a french lentil mixed veggie soup.
the soup pairs deliciously with the meal. it was still warm by the time it was deliveredđ every component of this plate has its own unique flavor and the dressings always bring everything together. especially todays pretty pink beet dressing đđ
i strongly recommend this place if balanced and clean eats interest you :-) every thing is #organic, #vegan, and #glutenfree đ„° + every dish is fresh and micronutrient rich. they donât try to imitate any animal product dishes; itâs all naturally delicious. good food.
