Crispy Kangkung au Veggielicious Thai Cuisine — Avis de dafne kiyui (29 mars 2022)

This is honestly the star dish of this restaurant 🌟 My friend actually said it’s the first time he actually found kangkung to be palatable 😂 Just battered and deep fried! I’m a huge fan of deep frying vegetables myself, usually going for crispy kailan minus the batter, but the way they did this was unique 😋 One, they battered it which is odd on its own cause most places that do crispy vegetables don’t and secondly, the batter was very very light unlike what I think most places would do if they were to batter food 🤤 The result is a crispy, but not too much, lot of vegetables with a carby greasy mix in each bite. Amazing! The serving is pretty large too and between the 3 of us we had a hard time finishing it 😅 Not that we could stop eating it though! #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease #bestpicks
