Organic coconut oil. Okay, as everything bought in Veritas, I think it's a bit pricey, but it is very good quality. I basically use it as a substitute for olive oil when i fry stuff up in the pan and it's great! The food does not smell of coconut afterwards. It comes in a big glass jar.
