Laksa au Genesis Vegan Restaurant — Avis de Sutrisno (20 mars 2022)

As someone with low spice tolerance, really appreciate that they put them sambal on the side. At first, I didn't put the sambal as I was afraid that it will be too spicy. The dish ended up quite bland. After mixing some of the sambal in, to my surprise, it makes a huge difference! The broth become much more flavorful. It accentuate the spices without making it too spicy. In the end, I put all the sambal in and generally satisfied with the meal 😋
