
I decided to give Tofu another try, I've only eaten it once before and I don't think I cooked it properly. The shop sells it for R7 a block which is so affordable, although the owner gave me it for free as it was the last block left🥳
I forgot to ask if it was firm tofu or not but when I got home and started to drain some of the excess liquid I realized it was starting to crumble. Decided to marinate it in Jimmy's sauce and then I cooked it like one would do with scramble eggs. Definitely turned out much nicer than my first Tofu attempt. Would definitely buy again and serve it with some beans, toast, avo, tomatoes. Think it would make a good breakfast option.

Definitely want to try get it crispy like I've seen in recipes. Don't have an airfryer but will try it sometime in a pan. What do you usually add (spice/sauce wise) to the firm tofu?
