I'll give them originality points for this alright - #okra and #shiitake #mushroom in a #kitsune #udon dish 🤔 It didn't entirely work as a flavour/texture combination though, and - as @dafnelately gleefully pointed out - probably #toohealthy to be of any real use to me 😑 Then they went to screw up the #noodles by getting them to clump up 🙁

On the plus side, the broth was good, the #wasabi sufficiently punchy, and the #tempura crumbles a real delight 😋 I still highly recommend the place, but there are probably better mains to get than this one
