Part of CNY 2022 Prosperity set ($68 / 4-5 pax). Hearty and healthy vegetable stir-fry featuring king oyster mushroom 'scallops'. Liked that whole foods were used, though perhaps the 'seafood' aroma could have been enhanced with kelp!
