Muffuletta Sandwich au Element Gastropub — Avis de tofubetty (2 mars 2022)

I’m not a seitan fan, but this sandwich has renewed my interest. The beet salami adds nice texture. I tend to find vegan cheese heavy, but this provolone was light. The creole olive was the absolute best part.
