Packed full of veggies! Lentils, carrots, broccoli, mesclun but not enough rice! This was quite spicy but also addictive?? Which is very rare for me to say bc once it's spicy, my stomach is upset and I just can't eat any more of it but this was quite nice. Very creamy and flavourful.
