Japanese-style Firm Smoked Tofu du Earth Products — Avis de Chad- (20 févr. 2022)

I really did enjoy cooking this Japanese style smoked tofu by Earth Products, it really came out amazing, I treated it as a 'steak'. I seasoned it with thyme and rosemary, butter, salt and pepper with Six Gun Grill spices that I got from Spar.

I fried it for about 15/20 minutes and then put it in the oven for about 20 minutes.
