
Among the #dairyalternative options, rice milk has certainly always peeked my interest. The idea of #mylk made from rice just sounded instinctively delicious 🧐😊 So far there’s been great rice wine, rice cake, rice pops and so much more. I was, admittedly, a little disappointed in the consistency as it was thinner than expected. And undoubtedly more so than both soy and almond milk 🧐 which is unfortunate considering I seek out #milkalternatives that could best mimic that dairy viscosity. I can’t put my finger on it but the type of sweetness was a little too sugary. So far nothing was boding well for me and the little traces of rice disturbed me little 😑😶
Through this taste test and having paid a pretty steep RM 14.50 for it… Pretty sure I won’t be buying this again. The only remaining possibility I would could be for specific cooking purposes.
I wouldn’t recommend this to just anyone. Perhaps this could be something for the sweeter tooth 🤔🥛 #ditchdairy
