These cookies are so good that I heard the bells ringing 🔔 the coconut is also present in small and tender flakes on the top and the pistachio balances the sugary taste creating a perfect harmony of flavors that does not tire the palate and makes you want to eat more cookies (until the end 😉), the texture is fantastic (thick but neither too soft nor too hard) and does not weigh down 🤩 handmade artisan cookies, no: palm oil/preservatives/dyes/additives/refined flours/hydrogenated fats/artificial sweeteners, very low saturated fat content (-62%) and usual caloric intake (439 Kcal per 100 grams) #sodelicious #cookies #palmoilfree
