This is a super salty crunchy delicious snack. Comparing to Chex Mix, Gardettos is quite a bit more sodium and fat, and you don't get any chex cereal in the Gardettos. If your favorite pieces are the rye chips and/or pretzels and/or breadsticks then you would definitely prefer the Gardettos otherwise if you love the Chex Mix cereal you will love this Chex Mix snack mix. Good value
