Got this on clearance - I like to have these in a rush. I made a quick warm salad.
Really tasty and easy to use
Barley and spelt - mixed up with some curried chickpeas (coconut milk, turmeric, salt, black pepper, parsley, garlic and smoked paprika), cucumber, and ruby slaw (red cabbage, beetroot, radish and mint) with avo and a tahini dressing (tahini and olive oil loosened with hot water)
