Buy these cookies ONLY if you like apples!!! In fact, as soon as I tasted them, if it weren't for the crunchy texture, I would have thought about biting a Golden apple! And it is precisely on the consistency that I would like to focus: almost all gluten-free products on the market are hard or floury, but these are absolutely perfect. It is the first gluten-free biscuit that, if it were not written on the package, I could very well mistake it for a product with gluten. They used oatmeal, which is still not common in such products, and I really appreciated this because (unlike rice flour) it allows a good protein content on the finished product. They come in small packs of three biscuits, and are perfect for both a breakfast (if combined with something else) and a snack. The sugar content per serving is acceptable. The packaging is very nice, the price a little less (I bought them at a discount, otherwise they would have been too expensive). Overall, they are still a great product 👏 the best I've ever tried of their category!
