This is surprisingly good. There is a protein ish taste, but no grit or chalky taste. The drink is smooth and filling.
This and whole grain toast make a super satisfying hi -protein breakfast that is easy to do on workday mornings with no blender or mixing required.
I plan to try it in Oatmeal next...
