I wouldn’t go as far as to use this straight on pancakes or as a dessert syrup as it suggests as I find it has quite a thin consistency and the flavour isn’t as strong as actual maple syrup. I really enjoy using it in coffee though as it’s a 2 in 1 flavour and sweetener 🍁
